Pineapple jello mold

A winter dessert from Saqra: “A fine lime jello with half the water for extra firmness, a cylindrical glass vase, and structural fruit in sweet dark cherry, peach, pear and pineapple conspire to create a 9″ high holiday treat.”

This was inspired by a really, really wrong and retro Dole pineapple jell-o in a can recipe. Saqra’s modern version actually looks a great deal more appealing. Like 1950 in your mouth.
